To obtain a quote or make a booking , please go to the ACCOMMODATION BOOKING section, and enter your 'Arrival date and departure date, the number of Adults and Children, then in  the  No. Of  Rooms  section, this relates to the number of cottages you wish to book on line , not the number of rooms, ( e.g. enter the number 1   if you wish to book 1  self contained cottage)..  then select SEARCH and you will be provided a daily rate and cottage availability.  

 If you would like to find out the total amount for the accomodation select which cottage you would like then select BOOK. Then if you want to make a booking fill in the requested details and then select SUBMIT. 

If you can't find the specific dates you require please contact our team direct. Please note the availability display in this booking system is strictly limited and it does not reflect our actual availability on any given day.

Warren River Cottages provides immediate confirmations for bookings made on the website.

Please make the  number of guests  clear before booking a cottage.

Children rates are charged from the ages of :  ......   12 months (1 yr +)  -   15 yrs  inclusive , 16+ are adults rates

Terms & Conditions:

A deposit of 1 nights accommodation is required with all bookings we accept  Mastercard &  Visa . Bookings are not guaranteed until  the deposit is paid.   Balance  payable on arrival.

Upon quoting your credit card details you are agreeing to our booking conditions.

Credit card details must be supplied for all reservations as security.  In the event that credit card details are unable to be supplied, full payment of the reservation tarriff is required and a cash security bond of $200.00 will be required at checkin .  Please note that cheque payments are not accept on the day of arrival .

 Should you need to cancel your reservation we  will refund the  deposit less 20%  for cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to the  arrival date. No refund if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

 Please note our  Minimum Booking Conditions  before making your booking:

•   Midweek/ Weekends and School holidays - 2 nights 
•   All Public Holidays -      3 nights 
•   Easter Holidays 2011  - 5 nights 
•   Christmas Holidays -     5 nights    (Please Note:  No arrivals  accepted on Christmas Day!)
•   New Year   -                      5 nights
